Probiotics good for dental health

Most people know that probiotics are good for bowel and stomach health, but a recent study has found they are also good for your teeth.
Researchers found that taking probiotics, either alone or as part of a formula, has been shown to decrease cavities and periodontal disease.
Probiotic milks and yogurts are a good way of obtaining this beneficial supplement. Over-the-counter pills are also available.
