Clicks Pharmacy
Clicks Pharmacy is our Preferred Provider for both chronic and acute medication. Although you are free to obtain your medication anywhere you choose, Clicks Pharmacy conforms to the CMP formularies. This means that you will not be liable for any co-payments or payment shortfalls at Clicks, provided you have benefits available.
Medipost Courier Pharmacy
Medipost Courier Pharmacy, a nationwide medicine courier service, is also one of our Preferred Providers for both chronic and acute medication. Although you are free to obtain your medication anywhere you choose, Medipost conforms to the CMP formularies. This means that you will not be liable for any co-payments, provided you have benefits available.

State/Government/Public Facilities
Treatment for Prescribed Minimum Benefit (PMB) conditions is provided by any government/state facility or a CMP-nominated service provider. This doesn’t mean that you will definitely have to go to a state facility. The Scheme must first be given the opportunity to arrange access to a state facility, and if the state facility is unable to take on the case and can prove they can’t, then we will nominate and/or find a private service provider that will charge a similar rate to what we would have been charged at a state facility. If you choose not to use our Preferred Provider, you may have to pay a portion of the bill as a co-payment and/or payment shortfall.
