1. Personally identifiable information

Your personal information and contact details will only be used by our staff and/or agents, and will not be passed on to any third parties or other marketers unless you give us explicit permission to do so. If you wish to opt out of our Industry Bulletin mailings, you can do so by contacting our Member Relations Management division at Please take note of the following: The Industry Bulletins contain important and educational information about the medical industry, available benefits and your own membership, so if you are thinking about opting out, please consider these factors carefully before you make the decision. Failure to comply with any process addressed in this type of communication will not be accepted as a basis for not knowing about them and will therefore not be a valid excuse for non-compliance.
