Efficient service, amazing cover

Whilst in Sunninghill for two weeks, I was so stressed out regarding the cost of my back operation, but in too much pain to do anything about it. Can you image the relief when I got your first payment advice to find that everything had been covered? A very sincere thank you for your very efficient service and amazing coverage.

A thousand times thank you

Thanks to the staff at CMP for their compassion and concern that was shown when I had a back operation in January and then a neck operation in June this year. A thousand times thank you to the case management team for their efficiency and excellent customer service, which made things all the more easier. What a group of warm, caring people.

Great company employees can be few and far between

I have been a member of Cape Medical Plan for a number of years now and have always had good service and no problems. I would like to commend your always prompt, courteous and most efficient service. You always handle my claim submissions promptly and direct any other queries most efficiently. Having worked in Senior Management in a large Corporate, I know that great company employees can be few and far between.

I've never had any problems

Quality of service

I have always greatly appreciated the quality of service I have received from every person I have interacted with at CMP over the years, none more so than when my daughter had cancer a few years ago.

Extremely pleasant and efficient to deal with

I don't think I have ever claimed from CMP, but all my dealings with you have been extemely pleasant and I have found you efficient to deal with and extremely prompt at responding to any queries I have had. I have always felt that there is a real person at your end, not a huge faceless bureacracy or a computer!
